Scott Andersen

Scott Andersen is an international trade lawyer who has litigated trade disputes for numerous sovereign and business clients before the World Trade Organization based in Geneva Switzerland since 1995. He was the founding and Managing Partner of Sidley Austin LLP Geneva, Switzerland office.  He previously worked on trade-related litigation for the US Trade Representative in Geneva and the US International Trade Commission in Washington, D.C.  In 2012 Scott established and then directed until 2020 an award-winning pro bono program to provide legal services to enterprises in Africa, Asia and Latin America.
