Presentation to OECD Joint Working Group on Trade and Environment
TULIP presented its report “Greening regional trade agreements on non‑tariff measures through technical barriers to trade and regulatory co‑operation” at the OECD Joint Working Party on Trade and Environment in February 2020, where members provided feedback on an earlier draft. The presentation was followed by a two-day workshop on international trade and the circular economy, which examined the linkages between trade policy and circularity and explored how trade agreements can be designed to make the two mutually supportive.
